Boomerangs (Drogheda)

By John Warburg: Formed by Drogheda student, Jon Ledingham, The Boomerangs released one single on the Pye label in 1966, featuring two original songs, "Dream World" and "Upgraded". He moved to Britain in the late 1960s, changed his name to Jonathan Kelly and released five albums. Aidan Cahill, Alan Doran, Noel Richardson and Brian Trench were the other members.
