The Vampires were noted for their
brilliant harmonies and arrangements of Beach Boys and Four Seasons
numbers. Along with The Freshmen, they played support to The Beach
Boys at their Dublin concert in 1967. Vocalist Tony Kenny left to
front The Sands
and was replaced by Mick Roche who was featured on their only
single, "Do You Wanna Dance?"
