 Featured on this page each week will be vintage press stories from the music papers of the 1960s. This week, a cutting from Spotlight magazine, August 1964 introducing 19 year old vocalist, Eleanor Toner. Note how the word 'artistes' is spelt correctly, unlike nowadays when the 'e' is constantly dropped.
