Famous as Rory Gallagher's first band. The Impact were
originally known as The Fontana Showband. By the way, the Impact
Showband L.P. which is regularly for auction on eBay, was made after
Rory left the band. If it's described as 'featuring Rory Gallagher' it
is untrue.
