Joe Bernie and Bob Madden both left Kevin Bourke's band to form The Leaders and later joined The Swingtime Aces. Boys 'n' Girls evolved from The Fleet (Tuam) and included in their line-up Jim Dalton (R.I.P.), Finian Thomas (R.I.P.), Donie Trautt, Stewart Bradley and Linda Edge. Sandie Jones fronted The Boyfriends in between The Royal Earls and The Dixies.
